Mission joins with Music - Sound and Spirit benefits local missions

Mission has joined with the Sound and Spirit group to expand our outreach in the community.  EachSound and Spirit concert will benefit a local mission.  Next on the schedule is The Travelin' McCourys, February 27 at 4 p.m. which will benefit the Wheeler Mission, A Baroque Tapestry; The Music of J. S. Bach on March 20 at 4 p.m. will benefit the Broad Ripple High School Performing Arts program.  The season will conclude with the  Paul McKenna Band, May 8 at 7 p.m. for the Damian Center.  Each concert features a short introduction from the recipient, a table for information and interaction during intermissions and following each concert.  This is wonderful collaboration for missions and music as well as the congregation.
