3B Exercise Group

Time: 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm

Come and join us on Mondays and Thursdays, 2:30 pm, downstairs in the Board Room.  We are doing lightweights, aerobic and strength training.

Join us for Chair Yoga on the 1st and 3rd Mondays at 2:30 pm, led by Lauren Windle.

Exercise improves circulation and keeps the body healthy. Therefore, we do 3B!
