Back to School Extravaganza
Time: 12:00 am – 4:00 pm
The washing, sorting and hanging of clothing is over in record time and with a record number of volunteers. Look out for the fury and efficiency of Presbyterian women! Now, here is what we have to do to finish.
On Wednesday, July 18th from 9:00 to noon at the church we will clean up odds and ends, hang and sort. 6 people needed.
July 13th is an All-Church Friday Night with Maureen Wilson from 5:00 – 7:30 pm. Bring the family, a pitch-in food item to share, and a nonperishable food donation for Gleaners. We'll do some work for B2SE as well!
On Wednesday, July 25th from 9:00 to noon at the church, we will inventory, box and bundle all the clothes. This is a big day and we need 20 people.
On Friday, July 27th at noon at the church we will load all of the goods on the truck for delivery. We need preferably 8 younger people.
On Friday, July 27th from 4:00 to 6:00 pm we will set up the clothing store at St. Luke’s Methodist Church on 86th St. 20 people needed.
On Saturday, July 28th from 9:00 to noon is the 1st shift operating the store at St. Luke’s. 20 people needed.
On Saturday, July 28th from noon to 3:00pm is the 2nd shift operating the store at St. Luke’s. 20 people needed.
