Back to School Extravaganza 2019

Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

We partner every year with area churches to provide school supplies, new shoes, new blue jeans and clothing for approximately 1,200 children in the northern portion of Marion County. This is an excellent opportunity for families to work together on a mission project:

June 2nd (Sunday) – Laundering of clothing from lost-and-found begins.

June 12th & 19th (Wednesdays, 9 am - noon) – Sorting/Hanging clothes – 10 people needed

July 17th (Wednesday, 9 am to noon) - Inventory boxing & preparation – 25 people needed

July 26th Fri. – noon @ Northminster – Load Truck – 6 young people needed

July 26th Fri. – 4:00 – 6:00 pm @ St. Luke’s – Set up clothing store – 20 people needed

July 27th Sat. – 9:00 – noon – 1st shift at the store (St. Luke’s) – 20 people needed

July 27th Sat. – Noon – 3:00 – 2nd Shift at the store (St. Luke’s) – 20 people needed
