ChristCare groups are circles of care with Christ in the middle. They are small groups that meet on a regular basis for support, friendship, and bible study. Each ChristCare group is also involved in specific mission projects that the group chooses. Groups are coed and multigenerational except when noted.

Spiritual Strider

This group of women meets on Wednesday mornings to study and pray together and then walks in the neighborhood or on the Monon Trail weather permitting. Contact person: Barb Angotti at .

Spanish ChristCare Group

Meets on Tuesday evenings at church or in homes. Meetings consist of sharing, prayer, bible study and Spanish lessons. Contact person: Jim Dougans at .

Drama Group

Thespians meet at night in a pub in Fishers. Their bible study is the scripture being used on Sunday mornings and they coordinate dramas in worship. Contact person: Monica Brase at .

Theology on Tap

This group takes their faith out to the community when they meet on Thursday nights at Aristocrat Pub at 52^nd and College. They study and discuss the Wired Word which is a bible study using a current event as a starting point. Contact person: Sean Crittenden at .

Do-in-a-Day Mission Group

These caring people have made it their goal to join together for short-term mission projects that they can do on Saturdays. They also meet once a month in the evening for conversation and bible study. Contact person: Ann Bruce at .

Gracie Girls

This is a Wednesday night book study group for women. They are the hosts and sponsors of the annual women's retreat. Contact person: Pat Ward at .

Shawl Ministry

These knitters meet Saturday morning once a month for fellowship, but the shawls are worked on any time.  The shawls are made using a pattern that has a multiple of three stitches in order to facilitate prayer and meditation for the maker.  The shawls are given away to someone in need or held at the church until a need arises.  Contact Joyce Mallette at 251-9602 or .

Other small groups

Northminster also has prayer groups that meet weekly, a banner group that makes banners for the sanctuary and a prayer shawl ministry that knits prayer shawls for those who need to be surrounded in prayer.
