Forgiveness

This week the scripture passage from Matthew is on forgiveness.  The passage from Exodus is more about revenge or at least redemptive violence.

So I am wondering-  What is the most difficult thing you have ever been asked to forgive?  I promise not to quote anyone by name and not to reveal any secrets.  You could have been asked by the one who offended you, or maybe you have asked yourself to forgive something, or maybe you beleive God is asking you to forgive something.  Maybe no one asked but you wonder if you should.
