Outdoor YOGA class

Time: 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Attention neighborhood and Northminster yoga enthusiasts and anyone up for something new!  

Join Krista Wright, 200-hour certified yoga instructor, on Wednesday evenings from 6:45-7:45 pm in the south parking lot and porch for a socially distanced slow flow yoga class.

All skill levels welcome.  The class is a combination of floor/mat stretching and standing poses, and modifications are offered for those who would like a little more or a little less difficulty.  

Please bring a mat. Wear comfortable clothing. Props like straps and blocks can be helpful but are totally optional. All can be inexpensively purchased at Target/Walmart/Meijer.

The class is free, and any donations will benefit a social justice cause.
