Northminster Fall Festival

Celebrate the fall season at Northminster’s Fall Festival on Saturday, November 15th, from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm!

This celebration will feature lawn games and activities, pumpkin painting, and a variety of other fall activities for all ages. At 12:30 pm, gather with us for a free chili lunch with different kinds of chili for all to enjoy. We’ll also have a special moment of service, offering an opportunity to support our Indianapolis neighbors in need this holiday season. This event is open to all, so invite your friends, neighbors, and loved ones to join in the fun.

Whether you stop by for a little while or stay for the whole afternoon, you’ll find joy, community, and maybe even a chance to pie a pastor in the face!

Volunteers Needed!

We need cooking volunteers to make chili and cornbread. We're also in need of volunteers to help with the general flow of attendees and volunteers for clean-up duty.

Chili & Cornbread

Please ensure that food arrives no later than 11:45 am to be brought to Calvin Hall for warming. To accommodate all dietary restrictions, we are in need of the following chili options (The numbers indicate how many different crock pots we are looking for in order to make sure we have enough).

Classic beef & bean (3)
White chicken chili (2)
Vegetarian (3)
non spicy/kid friendly (1)
Regular cornbread (12 servings x4)
Gluten-free cornbread (12 servings x3)

Assistants and Clean-Up Duty

Volunteers are also needed to help with the general flow of attendees (directing guests to bathrooms inside, helping serve food and beverages, and helping monitor lawn games/activities/crafts), and volunteers are needed for clean-up duty. Event ends at 3:00, so volunteers would need to be available from then until 4:30 at the very latest
