Easter Plant & Decor Donations

Time: 5:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Please consider a $25 donation for plants and décor used throughout the Lenten season! You may make your donation in memory of, or in honor of a loved one, and your dedication will be printed in the Easter bulletins.

If you would like to pay by check/cash, you can pick up a donation form in the church office or print one below and bring it to the office at any time during regular building hours.

You can use the form below to make up to three dedications on a single submission. If you would like to make more than three unique dedications, please submit additional forms as necessary.

Please note that the deadline for donations is 5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 1st.
