Preschool Lead Teacher (3/4s Classroom)
Northminster Community Preschool is currently accepting applications for a Lead Teacher in our 3/4's classroom.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and implementing play-based lesson plans
- Supporting social-emotional growth in 3- and 4-year-olds
- Communicating with families and staff regularly
Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience working with children
- Preferred background in early childhood education
- Skill and patience with a high-energy classroom
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility with lesson planning
Hours and Compensation:
- Part-time hours totaling approximately 12 hours a week (Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 am - 2:30 pm)
- Hourly pay $18 - $20/hour commensurate with experience
- CPR training
- Follows school calendar, with a Fall Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, and Summers off
