Allies for Humanity: Winter Contingency Volunteering

Allies for Humanity is hosting up to 50 individuals at Broadway United Methodist Church from November 17th to March 31st as part of Indy's winter contingency plan. They are seeking volunteers ages 19+ to support 5-hour shifts at their shelter, including kitchen/meal prep, listening/companionship, and overnight "Angel Watchers".
There are multiple training sessions scheduled to prepare individuals before their first volunteer day/night! Remaining training dates (with others likely to come in the future) are:
- Saturday, November 8th: 2:00 - 3:30 pm
- Monday, November 10th: 7:00 - 8:30 pm
- Wednesday, November 12th: 6:30 - 8:00 pm
