Communications Director – Full Time
Northminster Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a creative and powerful communicator for the newly created position of Communications Director.  Northminster is a well-established and vibrant church located in the Broad Ripple area of Indianapolis.  The person that serves in this position will create content for and then coordinate and manage the communication needs of NPC, including weekly and monthly publications and social media accounts.  As a vital member of the NPC staff team, the Communication Director will develop and promote a unified and cohesive message to the congregation and the larger community regarding the mission, spirit and offerings of NPC.   This person will work closely with all program staff on messaging and marketing of events and programing.  This is a critical position in the current life and for the future vision for a thriving Northminster.  Bachelor’s degree is required as well as strong written and oral communications skills, initiative, excellent MS Office Suite skills and familiarity with Sharepoint.  Experience with graphic design programs/software and HTML coding experience also desired.  This is a full time position with the potential for a hybrid office/remote work arrangement if desired.  If interested, please email your resume and any questions to .

Church Operations Administrator – Part Time
Northminster Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a detailed oriented, organized and professional applicant for the newly created position of Church Operations Administrator.  Northminster is a well-established and vibrant church located in the Broad Ripple area of Indianapolis.  The person that serves in this position will provide for efficient and effective business operations of the Church community and facility.  As a vital member of the NPC staff team, the Church Operations Administrator will supervise the office staff, and manage the facilities and NPC’s technology needs, all to further the mission, spirt and offerings of Northminster.  This individual will work closely with the office staff and the Building and Grounds Committee. Five (5) years or more of experience in the field of non-profit management and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.  The candidate should also have demonstrated project management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, prior experience with personnel and property management, and strong computer skills with experience with Office 365 and Sharepoint.  This is a part time position requiring approximately 20-24 hours per week with flexible scheduling.  If interested, please email your resume and any questions to .

 

Administrative Assistant – Part Time
Northminster Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a friendly, organized, detail oriented applicant for the newly created position of Administrative Assistant.  Northminster is a well-established and vibrant church located in the Broad Ripple area of Indianapolis.  The person that serves in this position will conduct daily business activities of NPC by assisting and supporting NPC staff and community to further the mission, spirit and offerings of NPC.   This individual will work closely with all office staff and represent NPC to the congregation, volunteers and visitors.  Three (3) years or more of experience as an administrative assistant is required.  The candidate should have strong written and oral communications skills, initiative, demonstrated ability with MS Office Suite, Sharepoint, Adobe and ability to learn and use church management software.  This individual should also have organizational skills, typing skills of 65 words per minute and ability to maintain polite and professional communication during all interactions.  This is a part time position requiring approximately 20-24 hours per week with flexible scheduling.  If interested, please email your resume and any questions to .
