3B Exercise & Chair Yoga
Time: 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm
Northminster Presbyterian Church
Come and join us on Mondays and Thursdays, at 2:30 pm, downstairs in the Board Room, for 3B Exercise. No-cost, low-impact exercise class, for strength, cardio and balance, for adults. We do light weights, aerobic and strength training.
We offer Chair Yoga on the 1st and 3rd Mondays at 2:45 pm, led by Lauren Windle. (See Chair Yoga schedule, below.)
