CHN Grief Group

Time: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Community Health Network (CHN) offers a continuum of support services for grief and loss. We are excited to announce that CHN will bring their expertise to Northminster for a 6-week support group, starting Monday, August 4th. While we believe that all people experience a personalized response when grieving the death of a loved one, it often helps to relate to others who have experienced a similar loss.

InTouch Bereavement offers free support to adults grieving the death of a loved one through support groups. Our grief experts are available to support you in your grief journey, however it fits you best.

Facilitated grief support groups offer a safe space for individuals to share their everyday experiences and feelings with others during the grieving process. The InTouch Bereavement team provides support for a range of loss situations. This will be a general loss support group for you on your journey, no matter the loss, during a 6-week, in-person session on Mondays from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Please note that this group will not meet on September 1st (Labor Day).
