Northminster's Flu Shot Clinic is back on Sunday, September 21st, and all are welcome! In partnership with Franciscan Health, we'll be offering four shots this year:

Flu
High-Dose Flu (Age 65+)
Pneumonia
COVID-19

You can register by using the button below or in The Gathering Place on September 7th and 14th (both before and after worship). You can also help speed up the process by filling out and bringing your consent form (also available below) on the day of the clinic.

Make sure to bring your insurance card! Shots are covered by insurance or individual payment.

The COVID-19 vaccine is recommended for those 65 and older or those 12-64 years of age who have an underlying medical condition. Please note that Franciscan Health will not confirm the exact underlying medical condition. It is also recommended that individuals contact their insurance carrier to verify coverage before receiving the vaccine. Franciscan Health cannot guarantee that it will be paid for, as with any vaccine that is administered. They bill the vaccines as preventative.

While Franciscan Health can attempt to bill most insurance companies, they cannot guarantee coverage/eligibility. It is the policyholder’s responsibility to check eligibility for services rendered.
